Gidday mate! Love your E-mail address, very clever. Well its a small world isn't

it and aren't we the lucky ones? The 4 A's all in the same boat!

I hope your Al doesn't suffer with very bad mood swings also? Al's pretty good

most of the time - then out of the blue he comes out fighting over something

very small and rather meanless. Still this disease does take an awful lot out of

our men (and women!).

Al is just starting to find that the light is becoming unbearable at times. He's

had problems reading from time to time but generally can still manage, even

though he often falls asleep.
