Guest guest Posted January 9, 2004 Report Share Posted January 9, 2004 I was told I had to take in 65grms of protein each day. I still have trouble doing that. I am afraid to eat too much!!! I know it is a psychological thing, but anyone have an suggestions on how to get in that much? I get close, but have never quite hit it. I also have to stay within 2 grms of sugar any more than that I dump VERY badly. I am on 5 grms of fat and I can go a little over that with few probs except " lower abd " stuff:) How about y'all?
