How Long Does Zinc Pyrithione work on P. Ovale's?

When I use the ZNP soap I have, it temporarily tones down the

redness on my face. I dont use it often tho, cuz it is the

single-most drying product I have ever used. My g/f and I have

been having some serious problems lately. Saturday night I will

be seeing her for the first time in 2 weeks. I dont on top of

everything else want to be worrying about how red my face looks,

so tomorrow night I'm gonna use the ZNP bar. But on Monday, I'm

seeing my dermatologist, and am going to ask him to test for PF.

How long after using a product w/Zinc Pyrithione in it, before

the Ovales/yeasts/fungi are alive and well, and will show up

under the microscope?

If anyone can gimme an accurate answer to this w/in 24 hours, it

would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
