Flagyl is Metronidazole. It's a trade name for oral and injectable versions

- I don't think it applies to the topical versions we are used to.

(PS what does <nm tia> mean??? - excuse my ignorance!)

In Sweden rosacea suffer can choose between Rozex and

Flagyl as topicals. Flagyl made my face itchy and red

for days.

Flagyl is brand name Oral Metronidazole...

Or apparently also topicaly in Sweden. I believe Rozex is also

Metronidazole. - Rozex is actually Metrocream made by Maderma - just using a

diff. name in other countries
