Guest guest
You can buy them at Fruitful Yield, but you can also get them from netrition.com (huge Keto site) or www.ketofoods.com. Just remember, I don't do bars with sugar in them. 12-15 grams of sugar in a bar is just another name for a candy bar no matter how you use or wrap it. It gives you sugar highs, cravings when you come back to earth again, wrecks your appetite for the good stuff and is addicting.. A protein bar needs to be nutritional, fill a void when you can't get to a shake or real meal...but it should NOT taste so good that it drives you back for more and more and more. If it is doing that then its a candy bar in drag. Carol G. > Carol, > > Where do you get the Creamy Keto Bars? I have always been reluctant to buy > bars because of the hidden carbs.
