Guest guest
Sorry to hear about your hernia Doug. I'm glad you're seeing the dr tomorrow. I had alot of throwing up for the first couple weeks (my surgery was 12/22) and the doctor told me to go back a stage on my eating if that happens too often because he said the 'violence' of throwing up can cause a hernia. I don't know your situation but since you already have a hernia I would recommend posting your question also at the obesityhelp.com website There is so many people there that I'm sure you'll get some good responses. Hang in there! Bridget Northam > Did anyone have hernia's fixed at the same time as surgery? out > seven wks and in for IV fluids two days last week.
