Banana, cantalope, broccoli, orange juice, sunflower nuts, for

starters. Look in the index of your cookbook, or find one of those

know it all sites on the net. Are you using a salt substitute?

THAT is potassium. Too high or too low can upset your heart rhythm

and give you BILG problems...that you won't care about because you

are dead. How MUCH too high, did he say? Drink watr...it will help

to dissipate it. Corrine...it wujld have to be at least 3 points

over the higher parameter of normal to cause any problem, I would

think. The norms are 3.5-5.5 at most labs. Mine was DOWN to 1.9 at

one time, and the heart palpitations started...I was getting close.
