Guest guest
HI , I am 9 wks out and I remember the puree' stage very well. I still have to puree' some foods. My surgeon told me that you can puree' just about anything. I never ate baby food. I was told to put it in a blender and mix very well. Here are some of the things I was allowed to eat: green beans mac & cheese any creamed soups (potato, broccoli, onion, chicken) soupy mashed potatos yogurt (lived off yogurt for 5 wks..lol) I also put tuna fish(in water drained) in a blender and added a lil fat free mayo that is pretty good. Bur ask your Dr or his nurse...they casn give you a good idea of what you cn eat...Since every Dr is diff. Hoped this helped 11/18/
