Guest guest
It was kind of interesting, I was reading one of those Men's Health type magazines at the beauty shop the other day.....you know, the one with the anorexic/bulimic men on the cover instead of the anorexic/bulimic girl. Okay, I'm bitter I don't have the abs. Anyway, there was yet another article on what it takes to control weight/hunger and it was very, very interesting since it sounded like an email from here. It touched on many things, one of which was less calories, but stressed the importance of protein to control hunger. It said it actually took energy to break animal protein down. It also touted the importance of whey protein as something that controls hunger. It also talked about what a blood-sugar roller coaster refined carbs were. And we knew it all along, in Austin RNY April 1998
