Guest guest
What my doctor said is that 32 ounces must be plain old water, after that, any liquid, caffiene free, sugar free, and carbonation free count towards our 64 ounces. Good luck Mindi 277/175/125?? Lap RNY 6/26/

Guest guest
Ok, I'm way behind in reading these posts! ;-) Just wanted to say that I discovered Fruit2O just before Thanksgiving. I'm still having a difficult time getting in more than 64 oz of water daily, but with the Fruit2O I find that I can get thru the 16oz bottle without thinking about it (whereas with regular bottled water I have to choke/force it down)! I get 24 16oz bottles for just under $10 at Sam's Club. BJ's Warehouse also sells them 24/16oz for about the same price, but BJ's flavors differ from Sam's (go figure).
