For some odd reason, I've been craving dill pickles big time. What is that

about? Do I need more sodium in my diet? Another thing I have been wanting,

but haven't yet indulged is navy bean soup. It's been niggling at my brain

now for the past few days. Cravings are really weird things, aren't they?

Lyn,

Sounds good. I have heard of their group but didn't know " outsiders "

could go as well. Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I have a

commitment every Saturday morning. My 11 year old is in the San Diego

Youth Symphony and he practices every Saturday, Sep thru Jun, 8:30am

until 11:30 at Balboa Park. And I'm his designated driver. Weekday

evenings work better for me so I'll check out the grads group.

I found a great coffee place in Balboa Park (with so much time there, I

think I know every crook and cranny.). They sell the best sugar free

hazelnut lattes! They're better than Starbucks and cheaper. They also

sell sugar free, fat free muffins that a very good for a rare treat.

Where do you live? Did you have your surgery at Pacific Bariatric?

Navy bean soup, hmmm. It has been ages since I had any. Although, I

usually crave soup when it is cold. Most soups, for me, are also a

comfort food. Not to bad a comfort food and much better then the

chocolate.

Thank you Jac. My exercise level is low -- I am working on incorporating

more exercise into my day. I have a membership to a gym, but haven't gotten

there recently. My concentration/stress has been on finding a new job. I

have been unemployed for far longer than I would like.
