Guest guest
Hey all, I haven't posted much because I've had a really tough time recovering after upper, lower and nasal cavity reconstruction. The most annoying and painful problem I've been having for the last 2 days is yawning excessively and it hurts really bad in my TMJ's and the back of my jaw line. Does anybody have any ideas on how to make yawning less painful or how to stop a yawn. It is excruciating and it keeps happening. Any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated. I will post more of my story once I'm up to it. Thanks.
