Wow today was going great,I had a soft poached egg in the am and around 4:30 I

had baked a piece of fish,While eating the fish I chewed really good,I always

make sure of that,I had a few bites everything going ok ,I finished the piece of

fish but then about 20 minutes later I got this feeling of fullness I mean

really full up to my throat full and even 1 hour later I tried to drink a little

water and that seemed to make it worse. Its now 8:30 and I still have this

feeling of being stuffed.

Has anyone experienced this ?

Allan

I'm not sick just full really full
