Guest guest
Wow that was exciting!!! I can't wait for someone to say that to me. Candi Had my One Year Follow up today!!! Hi all! Had my one year today. And it went very well! Have to take calcium supplements now beacuse I am lactose intolerant since my surgery. Upped me to 2 over the counter vitamins, I would only have to take one if I were taking the prenatal ones they gave me right after surgery, but something about being 45, having 4 kids of my own and 3 belonging to my husband (all of them teenagers!!) the thought of ANYTHING " prenatal " scares the daylights out of me!! LOL Anyway, the visit went well. Have to continue to concentrate on protein. And believe it or not... for the first time in my ENTIRE life.. I was told I was a the right weight! That I did not need to lose anymore!!!! HAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 132lbs lost. Ty for all our support! I love this group!
