Congratulations to you other two 10/5 surgery patients for making it

to the other side.

I was discharged from the hospital earlier today from my

upper/lower/genio and have been adjusting to life at home.

My experience has't been too awful. I had a suction machine with me

in my bed that helped clear out my breathing passages and suck away

the drool as needed.

Breathing sucks as does swallowing. I've been using saline spray as

my nasal passages are so sore. I was a big bloody mess right after

the surgery and until midday yeserday. My surgeon is extremely happy

with how the minimal swelling and the final results thus far.

I know that this is only temporary, and there will be ups and downs

along the way, but today's best will soon be tomorrow's worst, and

we'll keep getting better little by little with each passing day.
