I too have really increased my workout and have noticed that it does tend to make me more hungry. But I started drinking a large glass of water with a pack of metamucil disolved in it. Not only does it make you feel full and satisfied but it helps keep you regular and can lower your colestorol. I mentioned this to my doc and he said just be sure and get the sugar free version when you get it. > Ughh!!!! > > This is driving me crazy!
