Guest guest
Hi Dawn.....the binders are a pain.......I was told that if it " bunching " than I need to reposition or loosen it. I used to do it tighter around the lower abdomen and looser up above the navel. That seemed to help. I had to have a pocket drained. There wasn't any pain, but I did almost pass out from the weirdness of it.........surgeon said this is the usual....they made me hold an alcohol swab as he did for just that purpose. And my swelling lasted for months.....the mons area is the worst and takes the longest.....but the whole thing is a pretty long process....I was wearing the binder for months.......... P.
