Guest guest
Hello, My son has been taking Efalex (by Efamol) for three months now and we have seen a small improvement. I do notice that most people here are using ProEFA and ProEPA. Are these better together than just Efalex. Should I switch him? I can't give it together, right? If I did switch him, how much should I start him with (he is 3 1/2 and weighs 36 pounds). Also I would like to start him on Vitamin E - I have been reading on how important it is to give him natural vitamin E. Any recommendations of where to order it from. I saw that KirkmanLabs has it. Thank you so much for this support group - this is the only place that lets me see light at the end of the tunnel. My son has severe apraxia and sever coordination issues and we were told yesterday he may have ADHD but it is too early to tell.
Guest guest
You can pick up natural vitamin E (ie alpha-d-tocophorol), not alpha " dl " tocophorol...at any drug or healthfood store. It is fairly inexpensive, and you don't need to order it specially. Most health food stores also care a gamma tocophorol preparation. We buy ours at Longs drugs. You can get it anywhere. - > Hello, > > My son has been taking Efalex (by Efamol) for three months now and we > have seen a small improvement.
