Have you tried any sitting aerobics--I know that has a video

tape that you sit and do and on our PBS station @ 12 they have a class that sits

to do everything--I will have to look for the name but it was like Sit and

live??---it was really good--hope this helps

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT

I am having a spurt of weight loss that I cannot believe. I have lost 5 # in

4 days. In the past I have had whole months that I only lost 5 # I have been

really active for the past few days cleaning out clutter in closets and

dressers and such. I am 9 1/2 months post op and this is faster loss than in

the

very beginning. My loss has been fairly slow because it is hard to be active

when you are in a wheelchair. I am just amazed. I guess I will choose one

closet and clean it out and then put it back in every day just for the heck

of

it, lol. Hey if that will speed my loss I will do it. My energy level is

way

up and I want to keep it there.

Hey , pass it around. I'd like that spurt too! Seriously, it's

absolutely wonderful for you. I didn't realize you were in a wheelchair.

What kind of exercise can you get? Isn't it great when your energy level is

up? The whole world looks brighter. I think your loss in less than 10

months is wonderful. You're obviously doing it right!

We did chair aerobics on my cruise and I got to tell you it was quite a

workout. I didn't expect it to be but even the guys who showed up and were

more or less already fit worked up a little sweat.

I would give it a try. I thought it was fun as well.

Well I can't believe it happened to me, yesterday I weighed 230 and

this a.m. I weighed in at 224. How does that happen? I had a week

where I didn't lose much and then boom. The weight loss hit. This

is the first time it happened this way for me. All my other weight

loss has been gradual. What an exciting day. I know I get on the

scale to much. I'm trying to quit, but it hasn't happened yet.
