hi hunny. the sublingual B12's are tablets that melt under the

tongue, i tried the liquid form that's supposedly absorbed through

the capillaries there. @ my 9 month labs, the levels were normal,

but low, so i immediately started shots, 1st @ my doc's, but now my

hubb injects me, & no he's not in the medical field, hehe. thanx to

my personal trainer i've got some pretty defined hamstrings to

pierce.
