Guest guest Posted January 19, 2004 Report Share Posted January 19, 2004 hi hunny. the sublingual B12's are tablets that melt under the tongue, i tried the liquid form that's supposedly absorbed through the capillaries there. @ my 9 month labs, the levels were normal, but low, so i immediately started shots, 1st @ my doc's, but now my hubb injects me, & no he's not in the medical field, hehe. thanx to my personal trainer i've got some pretty defined hamstrings to pierce. these pages may help, though there's 1000's of opinions out there: http://www.thinnerself.com/files/nutrition_page.htm http://www.transmed.tv/bariatricsurg/nutrition.htm lori h. > what exactly are sublingual's?
