my surgeon would not allow any situps either until 8 weeks post...says just

cause your outsides are healed and you " feel " fine doesnt mean you arent

causing gradual damage....soi i just didnt do it...lol

well my Doctor said as soon as i am pain free i can do

them.. I am sure i am not causing any damage to

myself...every doctor says something diffrent. I will

go by what my doctor says.

well my Doctor said as soon as i am pain free i can do

them.. I am sure i am not causing any damage to

myself...every doctor says something diffrent. I will

go by what my doctor says.

I was not allowed any abs or situps for 5 month's post op. For healing.
