Guest guest
Regina, I think this may be a southern thang. If I use oil, it is only a very few drops in the pan. It is better if you use the thicker bologna. I personally like it fried with barbeque sauce or fried on a sandwich with mustard (hold the mayo, please.) It sounds completely gross but taste great. It taste kind of like ham, if I remember correctly. I kind of associate it with a poor man's budget. Bologna used to be a staple in my house right along with peanut butter and jelly. Guest guest
" I like mayo on liverwurst sandwiches, MW on turkey sandwiches " No, no, no, mayo. Deli mustard on liverwurst sandwiches with fresh sliced onions. Turkey on a roll with mayo, tomato, onion and pepper. Pepper has to be on the mayo though. : ) Regina
