Regina,

I think this may be a southern thang. If I use oil, it is only a

very few drops in the pan. It is better if you use the thicker bologna.

I personally like it fried with barbeque sauce or fried on a sandwich

with mustard (hold the mayo, please.) It sounds completely gross but

taste great. It taste kind of like ham, if I remember correctly. I kind

of associate it with a poor man's budget. Bologna used to be a staple in

my house right along with peanut butter and jelly.

" I like mayo on liverwurst sandwiches, MW on

turkey sandwiches "

No, no, no, mayo. Deli mustard on liverwurst sandwiches with fresh

sliced onions.

Turkey on a roll with mayo, tomato, onion and pepper. Pepper has to be

on the mayo though. : )

Liverwurst on rye with oodles of mayo and raw onion!!

And what about tomato sandwiches too? (on Wonder bread that would squish when

you ate it and the juice would run down your arms)
