Donuts. May as well slip 'em over my head & wear 'em right around my waist

The trick there is that you then have to use them as hoolahoops

and that's exercise. I was always one of those that preferred skipping

the exercise. I just wonder if that was part of my problem. Nope,

couldn't be. It had to be my thyroid or something else. :o) Like a NO.
