Hi, my name is Janet, and I am waiting for insurance approval for the

RNY. I have been busy reading posts, trying to get as much

information as possible. Tons of good info in the posts. One lady at

my job has had the surgery and lost quite a bit. She is 2/3rds of

what she was 5 months ago. I plan to have it done at the end of May

for various reasons, but talking to my supervisors at work lead me to

believe I can have it done sooner. I was planning around work, and

they are looking after me. I am very happy about the support the

people at work are giving me. I plan to read as much as possible here

in the posts and as many of the links and refernces possible. I have

nothing but questions at this point, but will try to refrain as I can

probably get all the info I need from the posts. I am very happy to

have found this group. It is wonderful. Janet

Actually, I do have a question. Under many people's posts, they have

their weights

starting weight/ another weight / another weight.....

what are the time frames for the weight loss?
