Guest guest
Dear Pastor Mike, A loss of 150 lbs in a year is a terrific accomplishment. What's next? Well, I have discovered that I had to work harder this second year. I certainly hope I have not lost all the weight I ever will. But, I certainly know that I have to use all of my tools including this surgery, eating the right things, and exercising. If I don't, then the results are not nearly as good. You have found the right group for those that are atleast a year post-op. This is where you can find a lot of your support. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas CHF 4/14/01 479 lbs. SRVG 7/16/01 401 lbs.
