There is a procedure with oral distraction that can move a lot the jaws. I dont know if they can move only chins though. You could contact them and ask (in Chicago). Some of the patients there on their case library had 25 mm deficiency to start with. They got 15 mm movement on jaw and 10 mm from genioplasty I think.
