See it says " protein is important for wound healing and preserving lean

muscle mass " ...Nothing about stalling weight loss. I really wish all of

these doctors would get on the same page. Too many stories is just too

confusing.

hey candi. got this after a yahoo search. got a kick out of the wls food

pyramid. the info is intended for all of us to start a dialogue

w/ our support team. after getting back lab & bone density scan results, i

pretty much know where i stand. what's paramount is that

we continue being proactive, etc.

Dear ,

NOT eating enough protein will stall or stop your weight loss. You have

to get in enough protein so your body burns the weight off...

live each day like it's your last... love like you've never been hurt...

Dear ,

NOT eating enough protein will stall or stop your weight loss. You have

to get in enough protein so your body burns the weight off...
