Guest guest
See it says " protein is important for wound healing and preserving lean muscle mass " ...Nothing about stalling weight loss. I really wish all of these doctors would get on the same page. Too many stories is just too confusing. Where did you get this Lori? Candi protein first http://www.surgery.wisc.edu/general/patients/obesitysurgery/UW_Health_Gastri c_Bypass_Dietary_Plan03.pdf here's a sensible link, seems to back up the prot 1st mantra. & as always, check w/ your health care professionals. lori h. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- --

Guest guest
hey candi. got this after a yahoo search. got a kick out of the wls food pyramid. the info is intended for all of us to start a dialogue w/ our support team. after getting back lab & bone density scan results, i pretty much know where i stand. what's paramount is that we continue being proactive, etc. lori h. > See it says " protein is important for wound healing and preserving lean > muscle mass " ...Nothing about stalling weight loss. Guest guest
Dear , NOT eating enough protein will stall or stop your weight loss. You have to get in enough protein so your body burns the weight off... live each day like it's your last... love like you've never been hurt...
