Guest guest
Do you mean in the same manner as before surgery? We were just discussing this Monday at a post-op support group. The answer was NEVER. Although the opening to your stomach is probably not as tight as it was in the very beginning, it is still very small. Pills should always be cut if they are not already small. Plus, we still have absorption issues, always will have absorption issues, so to get the most of what you take, liquid should always be your first choice. Also, if you take multiple pills, and don't cut them, they could " pile up " in your stomach and cause a blockage that way. in CA LAP RNY 07-17-03 324/225.75/130? > How long before one can start taking capsules or tablets? > > > > Allan > Lap Rny > 12-15-03 > 312 / 265 / ? > > > --- > Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. > Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). > Version: 6.0.564 / Virus Database: 356 - Release Date: 1/19/2004 > >
