I have heard soo much about us not being able to absorb calcium carb...is there a website or something about this? Also, I have been taking the bariatric advantage supplements but am looking for something " cheaper " ..Anyone have any suggestions for mulitvitamin, b12 and calcium chewables??? that are cheap??? if so where do you get them??
