YIKES! Cookies at an OA meeting. I am surprised they didn't take out the

garlic and crucifix! White flour and sugar....eeeek. I spent a few years

with OA..I learned alot about myself and why I eat. They were valuable to

me.....but cookies at the meeting...the meeting I went to frowned on coffee

from a certain donut place because seeing the name on the cup might trigger
