......there are probably a couple of things to consider. Technically I

do think they are OK carb wise. I do not dump on these kind of

bars/candy........and I would if the whole carb count was " real. " They are

also fine for my hubby who does " strict " Atkin's.......we both test with the

keto sticks and these items do not kick us out of ketosis. BUT, and here is

the big but (no pun intended)......what will they do to you mentally. I

have to avoid them for the most part because I find that they put me in the

" mode " of eating junk. They might not effect my blood sugars.....but they

do effect my mentality. Once I start to eat them I find it too easy to slip

over into the other junk................ P.

Can we really just count " net " or " usable " carbs?
