Guest guest
I've been meaning to ask, since I missed it the first time: How do you do the pepperoni slices? They sound really good. Guest guest
I don't count any food towards my protein intake (I get 150-180 grams each day from shakes). The protein foods that I eat for meals are eggs (hard boiled, deviled, egg salad, omelets with cheese, veggies and/or meat), chicken (grilled, baked, stir-fried), steak (usually grilled), burgers (with lots of veggies on them), shrimp ... that's all I can think of. For snacks I'll have deli meat & cheese rolled together dipped in mustard or mayo (or both!), hard boiled eggs, pepperoni chips, cheese cubes. I also eat a lot of veggies - for meals and snacks. LOVE veggies. When I'm not focusing so much on protein, I'll eat sandwiches or have some pasta or rice with my meals. Normal carbs & normal amounts though. It's when I start with the snacking on carbs (crackers, chips, pretzels, s/f cookies & candy, etc.) that I'm headed for trouble. Within 2 weeks of starting on that stuff, I'm back in " detox " mode. Also, my list of foods looks very " healthy " . I really don't eat that healthy, just when I'm detoxing, I avoid the breaded & fried stuff. Since I'm distal, I don't watch fats at all, only sugar. When I get in a " bad place " , I watch carbs too, but usually I'm fine with normal amounts of carbs and just pay attention to sugar. ------------------------------------------------ Terry Mayers 5DollarHosting.comR http://www.5dollarhosting.com (877)-838-HOST / .... because it shouldn't cost a fortune to make a fortune!
