I just wanted to clear up the issue of losing protein when eating it

with flax seed meal. To begin with I do not eat the Keto hot cereal

or most of their products for the Protein value. I look at the

protein value as a " wild card " ...glad for whatever I absorb but I

don't count on it because it is soy and whey isolate concentrates.

I do the Keto brand foods for the LOW CARB VALUE.

I do, however, feel the need to get the full value of the benefits

of flax seed meal and feel mixing it with the hot cereal is a

perfect way for me. If it means I bind up the protein in the cereal

and poop it out...so be it. I get my protein from shakes and food.

In the mean time...I am content....sated....and feeling good about

not having consumed carbs.

(who just finished her Cinnamon apple hot cereal with a touch of SF

cinnamon syrup....topped off with a T of FF french vanilla creamer...

mmmmmmmmm. AND...my flax)
