Bad post op photos posted, please look!

I would really like to get reactions to these profile shots. This is

what I had to show for going through braces for the second time

in my life, having lower advancement and a genioplasty. A total

combined advancement of 10mm. The surgery was ten years

ago and I finally became tired of the poor side profile and lip

incompetence that was not addressed in the first surgery. I had

a chin implant early this fall, but it failed and had to be removed.

I've already consulted with two OS's including the one who did

the original surgery and they indicate that due to the length of

time since the original genioplasty, that a second genioplasty

should be possible. I have another consultation with a doctor

who is both an oral/maxilliofacial surgeon and plastic surgeon.

For those of you who have followed some of my previous posts,

now you can see what has prompted my complaining. Oh, by

the way, my original OS's office stated, " that they all thought I

looked wonderful " and " couldn't imagine I'd need further work " . I

think the photos say otherwise.
