Suggestions for Congestion

I had upper/lower/genio done last Wednesday, Nov. 3. I am really

having problems with congestion in my nose, head and ears. Does

anyone have any suggestions for things to help alleviate this? It's

so bad that I can only sleep for about 30 minutes at a time before I

wake up because I can't breathe. I've tried Afrin and decongestants,

but they don't seem to help much. I'm also wired shut, so this also

contributes to the difficulty in breathing. Any suggestions would be

greatly appreciated!
