Guest guest
What supplements are you taking? How much protein? In what form? I was having a problem with the dizziness and have since added Propel SF sports drink to my daily regimen (2-4 a day depending on the day) and that has resolved the dizzy problem. I am late responding to this because MSN was dumping all of the list digests into my junk mail folder. I hopefully have that fixed now. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ with the approval and final editing done by her 4 Australian Cattle Dogs and 1 Dachshund. Guest guest
Well I don't know why you are having this problem. But I also still have days where I feel very tired and run down. All of my blood work has come back excellent. The surgeon has run various tests and can find nothing wrong. I have occasional bouts of diarrhea and dizziness but not often. I get my protein and my fluids religiously. The only thing that has really helped was the doctor suggesting that it was time to start taking in a few more carbs and having me get to 30 grams of carbs per day and to check my blood sugar and make sure it is not low when the " episodes " occur. Do you have a way to check your blood sugar? Mine are usually not very low when it happens but are on the low side of normal. Both my Surgeon and my doc have said that it may be my body responding to having normal blood glucose levels after so many years of having outrageously high levels. I have been having alot of stomach aches and severe dizziness...the doctors can't seem to figure out what is going on. Has anyone else had similar problems?
