I am sorry, it was a typo. The expiration date is 12/03, not 12/93. If not, better file them with the " standing water, " but if you still have the receipt, try to get your money back! As for your question, I'm afraid I can't help there, as I still do a couple of Flinstone's Complete every day. I just can't handle pills well.
