Matilda,

I'm glad to here everything went well. Do you know why it took an

extra 2 hrs for your surgery? I will be at St. 's Hospital,

but I heard they are suppose to be very good also. It sounds

promising that you are already getting feeling back to your face and

lips, that is one of my concerns. Have you had a bloody nose or

just conjestion? How soon after surgery do/did you see Dr. Widner?

I did ask Dr. Widner if I would be in recovery or ICU and he said

Upper and lower ICU and only one upper or lower jaw he would play it

by ear. did you wake up with a tube down your throat? Are you

bruised with the swelling? sorry so many questions, with my surgery

about a week a way, I am having more and more questions and

concerns. I have an appointment with Dr. Widner on Thursday to see

what he thinks about the model surgery and if I am need upper and

genio or upper/lower and genio. I am crossing my fingers that I only

need upper and genio. Did he tell you how many mm he moved your jaw

and chin?
