Guest guest
Hey Guys.... I chose my goal 145 (I'm 5'6 " ) just at random, my Dr. suggested 157 and I thought perhaps a size 8 -10 would do for me.... actually my real thought was if I can just not screw this whole thing up and end up fatter I'll be happy... but my fairy tale goal was and still is 145. I started out at 289 in October of 2001 and currently floating around 169-172. Wearing a solid size 12 and still find myself wondering if 'this store' will carry my size, and still being careful when I eat in public, and still feeling like I'm an imposter when people don't realize I'm " really " a MO in a strangers body. But life is getting easier, working out now is a part of my life something I would have NEVER thought about before. This week I re started on protien and am currently trying out several (Thanks to Vitalady). And being more aware of my carbs, including jelly beans :z Bad I know... but one thing I have learned this past year and a half is.... to BE Happy no matter what the stupid scale says, and no matter what other people say, and no matter what thoughts come. We are all beautiful people, blessed to be alive on this earth, w/ the gift of life that we should ENJOY. I was going to try out Yoga this week, made it to the gym, laid out my little mat like everyone else, only to have Horror strike when the very nice instructor said " Welcome to POWER YOGA " !!! I was of course too embarrassed to leave so I stayed and was laughing so hard at the end at what a fool I must look like.... but I MADE it w/o passing out so that's always a good day at the gym! I am however still sore and this was TWO Days ago... who knew my intercostals could hurt so much!!! But it was really very good... perhaps I'll tre REGULAR Yoga on Sunday. Well this is getting long... Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.... enjoying the SPRING here..... Warmest Regards Sondra ~ Atlanta, GA RNY 10/01 289/169 5'6 "

I know this because I'm close to your height & weight. I'm also 5'6 " and up until a couple of weeks ago was 155, now playing with 160 Anyway, you're no longer overweight, under 25 you're now normal. Imagine that. >>so have you had a TT or BJob..yet??
