Guest guest
Hey , that all sounds amazing! I had my surgery on Oct. 7th, and I start to see the orthodontist today. They're going to remove the splint and put in new wires for my braces. I'm hoping I get the go ahead to start chewing food, that would really make my day. This Thursday will mark Week 6 and my only problem now is numbness. My gums are numb like no other, and so is the area above my upper lip; my lips aren't numb though. If you want, check out my site: http://www.firstdayback.com/jaw_surgery/ I've taken a picture of my face every single day since I got out of the hospital and put a little note about what I did or how I felt that day. It helped past the time. E-mail me and let me know what you think! Donnie > > I just wanted to share this because I'm so happy =). Guest guest
Yeah, my upper gums are numb too. I know that'll take a while for feeling to come back there because I had a gum graft before, and it took a few months before I could feel in the grafted area. I tried flossing my lower gums for the first time, and it was painful and bloody, like I haven't gone to the dentist in years. I think what you're doing with your website is really neat (I visited it once or twice in the past). It'll be cool if you get the animated gif thing done! > > Hey , that all sounds amazing!
