Guest guest
Okay Dan, I clicked right over on that link and went right to the male muscle mass thinking I would just pick a spot and bulge out in it tommorrow at the gym (after the workout of course.) But the when that guy who has OD'd on the tanning bed showed up, I was somewhat taken aback. Course, I have know for a very long time that I probably never will accomplish much over there. I have a very bad habit of waiting until the hardbody girls get on the spinning bikes and then fight for a treadmill right behind em. I then set the treadmill on the lowest incline and the slowest speed, if I go faster it is harder to concentrate and the danger of falling becomes so real. I do resolve to do better each time and always wander over to the machine room and to my great dismay I discovered they have a coffee pot over there and several table and chairs. I usually end up chatting for an hour or so with the ladies who have far more to lose. Besides, over on the hardbody side I am invisible apparently. Gotta love those sque ladies,,,,,,and then,,,,,,exhausted I go home. If procrastination and sloth are virtues, I am assured of an ethereal home!
