-Just posted a response to Blake and you are doing much better than

I am as I was thrilled today after my first appointment with a

Physical Therapist that he was able to get my mouth open wider than

I was able to with exercises at home. Now I'm armed with new

exercises and 6 weeks or Physical Theraphy appointments. We're all

different in our recovery, I feel like I'm on the slow end but I

feel confident that I will get better. Also, my ortho switched me

to 2oz bands to help ease the pressure and get my range of motion

improved.

I had my surgery at Stanford but I did meet a woman at my ortho's

office who is quite further along (surgery at Kaiser) and she had

full range of motion...I was relieved to see that as mine is so

limited.
