Guest guest
/Rose - What do you want us to call ya, woman? Did I get this wrong, or do you have 2 names? ) I don't think 33 lbs in 10 weeks is bad, but I think you could bump it up, by . .. . 1. Dropping the milk, juices - both are very high in sugars, no real food value. 2. Adding protein shakes - very low to no sugar ones, available at Vitalady.com. 3. Cutting your simple carbs intake. Try taking your egg and chicken salad on a lettuce leaf, or celery stix, or cucumber slices, instead. I eat the topping from a slice of pizz, but rarely eat any crust. Add some veggies, in place of the simple carbs. Simple carbs - sugars (even from milk, fruit & juice) will make you hungrier in a couple of hours. They will make you crave later. It takes a couple of days (usually 3) to detox, and get past the cravings, but then you'll be much better off. Protein shakes will provide instantly available fuel for your body to burn fat, and to build muscle. I do 6/day, but recommend that proximals and medials do 3-4/day. Make them so that you get 30 grams of protein (not powder) per shake. Good luck - I think you'll be happier, healthier with the above plan . . . ) --- Sysen wrote: > hello and thank you for the comment. i weighed > 253.8 when I went in for surgery and I weigh 220 > now.
