Relora and water !!

Relora, Relora, I wanta... somemorea... Relora!

(yes, it was a pitiful attempt at rapping or something like that)

Okay, I am VVEERRYY skeptical of diet stuff that people say helps

curb their appetite. However, around here, when the vitalady

endorses it, my skepticism level drops significantly. So I got some

of the Relora and by , I think it is helping! I started

taking it a few days ago and 2 days in a row, I pretty much FORGOT

to eat lunch. I did not even think about food until @ 4 PM I

realized I was fatigued and had not eaten any lunch. AND let me

tell you, I never miss a meal!! I also did not nibble all day at

work like I usually want to do. Has anyone else had this

experience? I thought it was only supposed to work on carbs but I

find that I really wasn't thinking about food at all. ?? I am

waiting on the other shoe to drop, is there a down side to taking

this stuff?

Also, I have become the biggest deadbeat when it comes to drinking

water. I know that is Bad with a capital B. Has anyone had a

rebellious phase like this and why am I being so ornery? I have

started back drinking the dreaded carbonated drinks too frequently

and don't know how to stop myself. That gall darn, dad blasted Diet

Pepsi has got a hold of me again. They say the definition of

insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a

different result. I know this Diet Pepsi thing is bad news and I

don't know why I think I can drink it all the time, skip the water

and lose more weight. I hope this doesn't sound like I am whining,

just looking for a little advice on why I am being such a dummy...
