Guest guest Posted February 21, 2004 Report Share Posted February 21, 2004 hi i/had lap rny in oct now i am stuck at 70lbs and feel like no more will come off!! iam losing my mind thinking what iam doing wrong? how much carbs are we supposed to have a day? i eat eggs with cheese for the protein. i cant get into the shake deal. they full me up real quick and then in a short while i get hungary again. somebody please let me know what iam doing wrong? i didnt go through all of this for just 70lbs i have about 60 more to go. thanks guys maria lap rny 10/1/03 300/230/170 5'6 " Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your body is remembering a weight it once was or you are loosing inches in order for it to catch up to the weight loss. This will be more noticable as time goes on. In order to 'push it along' increase the calories, change the types of foods for the different times of the day and of course, add more protien and fluid. You'll be suprised what happens after doing this for a week. Good luck!
