Tricia,

Ask you doctor if he would prescribe one of those aid mattresses that has the

air pump that continually pumps air through the mattress. My doctor gave me

one after I tried one and ask him about it. They are wonderful especially if

you have fibro. I cannot begin to explain the difference it has made in my

life. It relieves all the pressure point like your hips and shoulders. It is

the same thing that they put under bedridden patient to keep them from getting

bedsores. It will make your life a lot better.

Losing weight has really helped the fibro. Losing weight even let you move

so much easier. I would not trade my life now for before for nothing and it is

going to get even better

I know what you mean i have a beutiful little boy that i could have never had

weighing 400 pounds at 4'11 life is better no matter if i am haveing problems or

not
