Nina, you are doing great! Kudos to you! I have difficulty with exercise too

because I have severe degenerative arthritis. I use a walker at home and an

electric scooter when I go out. We have a hospital close by that has a rehab &

fitness center with an indoor, heated pool. I just joined to go to their

water arobics classes. I really like them, but so often feel too much pain to

go...I really have to push myself! I lost 124 lbs., but I'm very disappointed

because I thought that after losing 100 lbs., I'd have less pain and be able

to get rid of the walker and scooter. That hasn't happened yet. In fact, the

pain is as bad, if not worse on somedays. It's really disheartening at times.

My surgeon suggested that I see a rheumatologist, which I will do. Hope I can

get help without any more drugs! I came off of so many drugs after my WLS. I

sure don't want to go back on any new ones, if possible! Sorry for the

bit*hing! Just wanted to get it out. You probably have more reason to

complain the I do.

Take care,

Eileen
