At 9 weeks post-op, I got what I have been craving since I was

wired....Roasted Salmon Puttanesca! Boyfriend took my to Enzo & Lucia

Italian restaurant near Chicago. It was divine! Since my last great

meal before surgery was this dish, I was jonesin' to have it again!

Yay! Next time, when I can open wider, it will be deep dish pizza!
