You know , it's comforting to know that someone is listening

and reading. It's good to read that things have gotten better for

others. It's just the slowest climb I've ever done and " rehab " can

be a frustrating journey. I do expect I have become a more

empathetic person (spelling?)...it's late here and time for some

shut eye...
