Guest guest
Hi, Joanie, Here's a hug/squeeze to help you get through the next many months. {{{Joanie}}} Not much else that I can do for you there. But, I wanted to let you know that I had a full abdominoplasty (tummy and abdomen tuck with tightening of the flaccid abdominal muscles) as well as hip and butt lift at age 62-1/2, and now, at 63, I am feeling and looking better than I have since the mid-'80's. I have recently retired, and now my " job " is getting my body in shape for old[er] age. The abdominoplasty could not get at the ventral fat inside my abdomen, but regular weight training exercise at the gym seems to be molding it slowly. There is quite a good team at University of Iowa and a few good plastics people in the Seattle area as well as Dr. Ted Lockwood in Kansas City--all of them quite a trek from Idaho-Washington border, I know. Courage!
